Is there a common issue with the Ford Galaxy's transmission?

I have been experiencing some issues with the transmission in my Ford Galaxy. It seems to be shifting rough and occasionally slipping. Has anyone else had this problem and what could be causing it?

I had the same issue with my Ford Galaxy and it turned out to be a faulty transmission solenoid. Get it checked out by a mechanic to be sure.
