What is the best fluid for the Ford EcoSport transmission?

I recently bought a Ford EcoSport and I'm wondering what type of transmission fluid is recommended. I want to make sure I'm using the right fluid for optimal performance. Suggestions?

Personally, I've had good experiences using the Valvoline - MaxLife Multi-Vehicle Full Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid. It's a bit pricier, but it's worth it for the smooth shifting.
