Why is my Ford Focus shaking at high speeds?

I've noticed that my Ford Focus starts to shake and vibrate when I drive at high speeds. It's a relatively new car and I haven't had any issues until now. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

A

This shaking at high speeds could be caused by improperly inflated tires or unbalanced wheels. Make sure to check your tire pressure and have your wheels balanced regularly to avoid this issue.

Another possible cause could be a worn out suspension system. If your car has high mileage or you frequently drive on rough roads, it's important to have your suspension checked and replaced if necessary.

R

It could also be a problem with the engine or transmission. If the shaking is accompanied by strange noises or a decrease in performance, it's important to have a mechanic diagnose and fix the issue.
