Why is my Ford Kuga making a clicking noise?

My 2019 Ford Kuga has recently been making a clicking noise when I turn the steering wheel. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. What could be causing this and should I be concerned?

Check your tire pressure and make sure there are no nails or debris stuck in the tire. Low tire pressure or a puncture can also cause clicking noises.
