I recently purchased a used Ford Focus, but I'm not satisfied with the performance of the suspension. It feels too stiff and jarring on bumpy roads. What modifications can I make to improve the suspension and make my ride smoother?
ReplyI've had the same issue with my Focus and I found that installing a set of aftermarket coilovers helped tremendously with the stiffness. You could also try adjusting the damping settings on your current suspension if it has that option.
Upgrading to larger and higher quality sway bars can also greatly improve the handling and comfort of your Focus. I did this on mine and noticed a significant difference.
