How to properly check tire pressure on a Ford Mondeo?

I'm not sure how often I should be checking my car's tire pressure, let alone how to do it correctly. Can someone please provide a detailed explanation on how to properly check tire pressure on my Ford Mondeo?

The recommended frequency for checking tire pressure is once a month. To ensure accurate results, make sure your tires are cold and haven't been driven on for at least 3 hours. To check the pressure, use a tire pressure gauge and remove the valve stem cap. Place the gauge over the valve stem and press down firmly to get a reading.

I agree with John's advice, but I would also recommend checking your tires before long trips or during extreme weather changes. This will help prevent any potential issues on the road. And don't forget to check the pressure in your spare tire as well!

In addition to checking the pressure, make sure to also inspect the tires for any signs of wear and tear. Look for uneven tread wear, cracks or cuts in the sidewall, and any other abnormalities. If you notice any of these issues, it may be time to replace your tires.
