I have been experiencing some issues with my Ford Galaxy's transmission. It's an automatic transmission and I've noticed some hesitation and jerking while shifting gears. The fluid level seems to be fine, so I'm wondering if there are any common problems with this type of transmission in Ford Galaxys?
ReplyBased on my experience as a mechanic, the most common transmission issues in the Ford Galaxy are related to the transmission solenoid or the torque converter. Both of these components can cause jerking and hesitation during shifting.
I have a friend who owns a Ford Galaxy and they had similar issues with their transmission. They took it to a dealership and were told that there was an issue with the transmission control module. They got it fixed and haven't had any problems since.
