What is the most fuel-efficient engine option for a Ford Puma?

I am considering buying a Ford Puma but am unsure about which engine option would be the most fuel-efficient. Can anyone recommend the best choice?

I have the Ford Puma with the Ecoboost engine and it has been very fuel-efficient for me.
