I have a 2005 Ford Ranger with a 2.3L engine and recently I've noticed a clicking noise coming from the engine. It seems to only happen when the engine is at idle or when I accelerate. Any ideas of what might be causing this?
ReplyIt could possibly be an issue with your valve train. I would recommend taking it to a mechanic for a thorough inspection.
Check your oil level and make sure it's not low. Low oil can sometimes cause an engine to make strange noises.
