Why is the Ford Kuga's engine making a knocking noise?

I recently purchased a used Ford Kuga and noticed that the engine is making a knocking noise. It only happens at certain speeds and seems to go away when I accelerate. Should I be worried? What could be causing this noise?

It's possible that the oil level is low in your engine, which could be causing the knocking noise. I would recommend checking your oil level and topping up if necessary. If the noise continues, you may want to take your car to a mechanic for further inspection.

Another possible cause for the knocking noise could be worn out spark plugs. I would suggest getting them replaced to see if that solves the issue.

It's also worth checking your engine mounts to see if any of them are loose or damaged. This could also be causing the knocking noise.
