What are the recommended tire specifications for a Ford Transit Custom?

I recently purchased a Ford Transit Custom for my small business and I am wondering what the best tire specifications are for this vehicle. I will primarily be using it for city driving and occasional highway trips. I want to ensure that the tires are durable and provide good traction for all weather conditions. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

I would personally suggest going for all-season tires with a good balance of tread life and performance. Look for tires with the size 235/65R16.
