Why is my Ford S-Max not starting?

I recently bought a used Ford S-Max and it was working fine for the first few weeks. However, now it won't start and I'm not sure what the issue could be. The battery seems fine and there are no warning lights on the dashboard. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?
