Why is my Ford S-Max losing power on acceleration?

I've noticed that my Ford S-Max loses power on acceleration, even though the engine is running smoothly. I've checked the fuel levels and they seem fine. Any advice on what could be causing this issue?

This could be caused by a clogged air filter or a malfunctioning fuel injector. Have you checked these components?

It could also be a problem with the ignition coils or spark plugs. I would recommend getting those checked as well.

I had a similar issue with my Ford S-Max and it turned out to be a faulty mass air flow sensor. Have you had that checked?
